Moreover, additional coverage to reflect technological advancements, improved processing layout, and material on CMOS IC device modeling improve the text. This edition has less text on BiCMOS and bipolar information and more emphasis on CMOS devices and circuits. Analog integrated circuits' frequency response and the fundamentals of feedback amplifier theory are covered in new chapters.
