The famous physics professor's lectures at the California Institute of Technology, collected into a series of textbooks, were originally published in 1964 as the Feynman Lectures on Physics. The first volume of the three-part series of lectures is this one, "The Feynman Lectures On Physics: Mainly Mechanics, Radiation And Heat (Volume - 1)." Feynman had out extensive study on a number of challenging subjects that were bothering physicists worldwide in the 1960s, and the community of theoretical scientists was baffled by his conclusions. Authorities at the California Institute of Technology asked him to give a series of talks due to his increasing popularity and intelligence.
